    Andy Main is the CEO and President of T-Pro. He was previously the Global CEO of Ogilvy and Global CEO of Deloitte Digital. Throughout his career, Andy has driven value in Fortune 500 companies and integrated it into his entrepreneurial brand through the combined power of technology innovation, business value and creativity. This is reflected in his recent experience, most notably:

    Beginning as CEO in 2020, he transformed Ogilvy from a then-underdog business to the world's leading creative agency, returning Ogilvy to the world stage, far exceeding market expectations.

    Beginning as Head of Deloitte Digital in 2014, he founded a startup within Deloitte and scaled it to a multi-billion dollar global business and leading brand in the digital transformation market within six years.

    Andy has received multiple recognitions along the way, including Adweek's Top 100 Leaders in Marketing, Media and Technology and one of Consulting Magazine's Top 25 Consultants in the World.

    Other notable mentions include Andy's 21 years as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, where he also served on the Deloitte Consulting Board. He began his career at Andersen Consulting, working in the financial services sector in London and Boston. He is also involved with the Adam Smith Global Foundation, based in Kirkcaldy, Scotland (Adam Smith’s birthplace), which seeks to provide education and insight into the works of Adam Smith and to apply his ideas in illuminating ways relevant to today’s global trends.
